Sean Mark has been President and Director of Pure Sound Hearing Aids since 2011. Sean completed his Hearing Instrument Specialist apprenticeship in 2007 through Amplifon and Hearing Instrument Inc. Sean has since earned over 100 certificates at various institutions including the International Hearing Society, University of Virginia, and University of Pennsylvania. Sean became Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in 2009, a distinguished achievement shared by the most experienced hearing health professionals in the world.
Sean is an advocate for the Alzheimer's Association and the captain of the company’s Walk to End Alzheimer's team. He is also a member of the International Hearing Society, American Hearing Aid Association, National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association, and a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist with the Pennsylvania Department of Health since 2007.
In Sean's spare time, he coaches football and loves spending time outside with his wife, two boys, and dog. They enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, target shooting, and playing sports. Sean is a mason who belongs to the Abraham C. Treichler Masonic Lodge No. 682 in Elizabethtown, PA. He is also member of Reality Church in Lancaster, and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

Christine Mark
Christine is a Hearing Instrument Specialist and has been with Pure Sound Hearing Aids since 2013. She attended Rider University, majoring in Computer Information Systems. She began her career in the banking industry, holding various management roles for 8 years. Christine switched careers and her joy in helping people led her to the hearing aid industry. She has since helped thousands of patients and earned over 100 certificates at various institutions. She began her studies in 2012 and transitioned to an Apprentice Hearing Instrument Fitter before earning her Hearing Instrument Specialist certification in April 2014.
In Christine’s spare time she enjoys spending time outside with her two boys, husband, and snuggling with her English bulldog, Oswald. Christine loves going to the beach, fishing, target shooting, taking long walks, and playing sports. Christine is a member of Reality Church in Lancaster and a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.

Sandra has been a Patient Care Coordinator at the Elizabethtown Office of Pure Sound Hearing Aids since 2015. Prior to that, I worked in the Banking Industry for 30 years.
In my spare time I love to read and spend time with my 2 grandsons. I belong to Zion Lutheran Church in Harrisburg, PA, where I am the church Financial Secretary, treasurer of the Altar Guild and I serve on the Fellowship Committee.

Martha Thiesen
Martha has been the Patient Care Coordinator at the Lititz Office of Pure Sound Hearing Aids, since 2019. Prior to that, Martha worked as an administrative assistant at a local business for 7 years.
Much earlier in her career, following graduation from Messiah University, Martha taught 2nd and 3rd grades at Sarasota Christian School in Florida and 3rd grade at Conestoga Christian School in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, before she and her husband, Larry, began their family. Having 5 children within 2 ½ years (including a set of triplets!) gave her her own classroom at home where she was blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for 10 years.
Outside of work, Martha enjoys spending time with her family which now includes the addition of 2 daughters in law, 2 sons in law and 13 grandchildren (10 yrs and under) with another on the way. Additionally, in her spare time, Martha enjoys reading, baking, working on a variety of crafts, and serving in the 2nd-grade Children’s Ministry at Calvary Church.

Vi is the Digital Media Assistant at Pure Sound Hearing Aids. She attended Harrisburg Area Community College and Millersville University. She was an Assistant News Editor for Millersville’s student-run newspaper, The Snapper, and was awarded the Alice R. Fox Memorial Scholarship in 2013 by the university. She spent two months in Nha Trang, Vietnam as a volunteer English teacher.
In Vi's spare time, she enjoys taking photos, biking, practicing creative writing, and making her family and friends laugh.
