A Message from Pure Sound Hearing Aids Regarding the Coronavirus

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a concern for everyone worldwide. We understand your concerns.

We will be open for business during this time, unless we are instructed to close by our local public health officials. We can assure you that we always follow health and safety protocols to clean and disinfect treatment areas.  

In addition to our current protocols,  we will be taking the following additional steps:

• Certain types of service appointments may be postponed. We will call to notify you if your appointment will be postponed. We WILL be taking all appointments that involve repairs and fittings, to ensure that you have functional hearing aids. 
• To the best of our ability, we will schedule appointments, one person, at a time, with 15 minutes between appointments when possible.  This will allow time for us to clean and disinfect spaces that others have been in contact with and limit community spread possibilities.
• If you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, which include cough, fever, runny nose and/or shortness of breath, PLEASE CALL TO RESCHEDULE. 
• No handshaking.
