Starkey Hearing Aid Styles

The manufacturer Starkey has different hearing aid styles. They are:

Made for iPhone - This style of hearing aid connects directly to your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch via the TruLink app. You can stream phone calls, music, and much more directly from your iPhone to your hearing aids. Receive pristine sound and listening clarity. You will have no more worries about buzzing and whistling sounds. And you will better understand conversations, plus hear comfortably in any noisy environment.

Invisible - This type of hearing aid is so small no one will notice it. It is custom-made to fit and is for mild to moderately severe hearing loss.

Receiver-In-Canal - It’s small, discreet, and quick to fit. It’s easy to adjust and for mild to severe hearing loss.

Completely-In-Canal - Just the tiny removal handle shows on the outside of the ear canal. It is virtually undetectable, custom-made, and for mild to moderately severe hearing loss.

Behind-The-Ear - This discreet design is the most common type of hearing aid. It’s available in standard, mini, or power. It has easy-to-use buttons or dials and is for moderate to severe hearing loss.

In-The-Canal - It’s custom-made and fits in the ear canal. The smaller portion shows in the outer ear. It’s for mild to mildly severe hearing loss.

In-The-Ear - It’s a custom-made hearing aid that fits within the outer portion of the ear and is easy to adjust. It’s for mild to severe hearing loss.

Tinnitus - It is designed to deliver relief from ringing in the ears and has easy-to-use buttons or dials.

Single-Sided-Hearing - This style of hearing aid is designed so that you can hear sounds in your weaker ear by way of your healthy ear. It is easy to adjust and allows you to hear from both sides. Also, it is rechargeable.

Hearing Amplifiers - It is a good start for people not ready for hearing aids and is completely invisible in most ears.
